• Use your Booking PDF: Upon booking, you will receive a confirmation email with a map and detailed directions. We strongly recommend sharing this PDF with every driver in your convoy before you head out.
• GPS & Sat Nav Caution: While GPS is handy, our centre entrances are often tucked away in natural bushland and can be easy to miss. Please cross-reference your GPS with the specific directions in your booking pack to ensure you reach the correct gate.
• Google Maps & Pin Drops: Many of our centres can be found by searching for the specific centre name in Google Maps. If you’re unsure, check your confirmation email for the most accurate coordinates.
• Live Support: If you’re having a bit of trouble finding us on the day, give our event coordinators a shout at 1-833-722-2151. Our team can provide you with direct guidance to the parking lot to get you sorted.

Yes. We provide secure storage facilities at all of our national centres to ensure your belongings are kept safe while you are on the field.

• Locker Rental: Secure lockers are available for a small charge at each paintball centre. These are specifically designed for personal items, valuables, car keys, and spare clothing.
• How to Rent: Please visit the on-site shop upon arrival to rent a key. We recommend doing this during registration so you are ready before the safety briefing begins.
• Large Items: While lockers are provided for essentials, we suggest leaving large bags or non-essential equipment in your locked vehicle to ensure space remains available for all guests.
• Security: Using our lockers keeps your gear clean, dry, and secure, allowing you to focus entirely on your mission in the game zones.

To ensure your squad stays hydrated and full of energy, please note the following on-site facilities and catering policies at our national centres:

• Catering Policy: We do not offer pizza lunches or onsite catering. You are more than welcome to bring your own cooler packed with refreshments and a lunch to enjoy in our sheltered base camp seating areas between games.
• On-Site Kiosk: Our base camp shops are stocked with ice-cold drinks, bottled water, Gatorade, and snacks (chocolates, chips, and candy) available for purchase throughout the day.
• Hydration: We do not provide complimentary drinking water on-site. We strongly recommend bringing plenty of water for a big day in the bush, or ensuring you have loonies and toonies (or plastic) for kiosk purchases.
• Payment Methods: Our shops accept Visa and MasterCard for your convenience.

From the moment you rock up, our crew ensures your experience is professional, safe, and high-energy. A typical session follows this itinerary:

• Arrival & Registration: You’ll be greeted by our friendly staff for check-in. To skip the queues and get a fast-track entry, please ensure all players have completed their online registration forms before arriving at the centre.
• Kitting Up: Once you’re checked in, we’ll get you sorted with professional-grade gear, including your full-head goggle system, bespoke body armour, and full-body combat suit with a padded neck protector.
• Compulsory Safety Briefing: Before the action kicks off, every player must attend a professional safety briefing. This covers how to handle your marker, the rules of the game zones, and our strict safety protocols to keep everyone in the clear.
• The Action Starts: You’ll head out to our themed game zones to play 4–6 varied missions per session. Each game has a different objective to test your team’s strategy, communication, and skill.
