• All-Weather Facilities: Every centre features large, sheltered base camp areas to keep your group dry and comfortable between missions.
• Snow and Winter Conditions: Our centres remain operational during snowfall. The game continues as long as conditions are deemed safe by our staff. In the event of extreme winter weather that prevents a session from proceeding, the same credit process applies.
• Secure Storage: We provide on-site lockers at all locations to ensure your valuables and dry clothes remain protected while you are on the field.
• Weather & Cancellation Policy: In the unlikely event that a session cannot proceed due to extreme weather, safety concerns, or "Force Majeure Events," Optimum Paintball Canada reserves the right to issue a full-value credit for the booking instead of a refund.
• Credit Flexibility: This credit is valid for a future booking date at any of our available national locations and is fully transferable to another person.
• Safety First: The decision to postpone a game due to weather is made solely by the Centre Manager to ensure the safety of all players and staff.
